All?Conjugated Polymer Core–Shell and Core–Shell–Shell Particles with Tunable Emission Profiles and White Light Emission

چکیده

Future applications of conjugated polymer particles (CPP) in medicine, organic photonics, and optoelectronics greatly depend on high performance precisely adjustable optical properties the particles. To meet these criteria, current particle systems often combine polymers with inorganic core–shell geometries, extending possible characteristics CPP. However, are restricted to a single phase composed distinct or blend. Here, synthetic toolbox is presented that enables synthesis monodisperse core–shell–shell particles, which consist entirely but different types core shells. Seeded fed-batch dispersion polymerizations based Suzuki–Miyaura-type cross-coupling investigated. The approaches allow accurate control over created interface between phases thus also energy transfer phenomena them.
